Reviewer:  These were a dream weekend supper or picnic item. They were so tender and the seasoning on the skin had just a touch of heat and tons of flavor. The dipping sauce is so good. I want to bottle this stuff up. The seasoning mixed with the tart sound cream and the sun-dried tomatoes was so savory and flavorful.

Can of black beans

Can of corn

Head of lettuce

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/3 cup ranch dressing mixed with 3 tsp. Cowboy Spice Company Sweet Heat

Dice the lettuce, add the other ingredients and toss.

Reviewer: This was the best salad! It had that hint of Southwest taste to it that complemented all the ingredients. When the seasoning was added to the Ranch dressing it was so good that I am going to start using this for my sandwich spread! It had tang and hint of heat. This is a taste that I can get addicted to.

8 slices bacon

2 tsp. sun-dried tomatoes

1 tsp. Cowboy Spice Company Sweet Heat Black Cherry

1/3 cup mayo

Mix the mayo, un-dried tomatoes and spice mix and set aside.

Place 8 slices of back on a rack on a pan for the oven. Rub in the Sweet Heat Black Cherry onto the top of the slices. Cook at 400 about 15 minutes or longer until as crisp as you like it. Toast bread. Assemble bacon slices and lettuce and then spread other slice with the mayo mix.

Reviewer: This was the BEST BLT I’ve ever had! I don’t like mushy tomato on my BLT, so this gave me all the flavors and the spices on the bacon and in the spread made it so flavorful that I wanted another sandwich immediately!

2 tbs sun-dried tomatoes

8 oz sour cream

8 oz mozzarella shredded (divided into two halves)

4 oz cheddar cheese

8 oz  ricotta cheese

Small package pepperoni diced

1 tsp garlic minced

4 tsp Cowboy Spice Company Sweet Heat

Mix all ingredients using 4 oz of the mozzarella. Spread in an 8 x 8 baking dish and sprinkle with the leftover 4 oz of mozzarella

Bake 350 x 30 minutes

Tear up a loaf of Italian or French bread and use for dipping or use tortilla chips.

Reviewer: This was the kind of dip that you become so well known for that everyone requests you bring it to events. Sweet Heat is the perfect mix of a bit of sweet hitting the tongue and slowly warming to a most pleasant level. The spices make the dip so addictive, it’s hard to stop eating even when you’re full.
